Power Card: Garou Rendan

Part of the set of Paragon tier powers for my dnd 4e character, Zack Fair.

the original name is Storm of Blades, its a level13 Encounter power that allows Zack to Attack as many times as his Constitution modifier.

Garou Rendan means Hungry Wolf Combo, Terry Bogard was my nickname for a while when i was younger, mainly cuz he was my best kof character and also cuz in starcraft/wc3 which i played with my friends it was my account name, if you dont know terry bogard... well his nickname is the hungry wolf and thats the reason for the power's name
